Directions: From I-95 South - Take exit 88 for CT-117 toward Noank/Groton Long Point .2 mi Turn right (Turn Left if Coming from I-95 North) onto CT-117 S0 .1 mi Turn left onto Fort Hill Road .9 mi Turn right onto Groton Long Point Road Destination - A blue house on your left with a shared driveway 466 ft 36 Groton Long Point Road, Groton, CT 06340 Layout of the Ground Level: Full Bath, 2 Tempur-pedic Kings in Bedrooms with TVs, Crib with linens, 2 High chairs, and a Pack and Play. 3 or 4 blow up Aero Beds. Laundry, Family Room with a pull out electrical inflatable double couch. Also in the family room is a 60” Smart TV with DVD, and Wii console and balance board. Upper Level: 2 King Bedrooms with TVs, Dining Room, Living Room with sleeper sectional. Full Bath, Complete Stocked with coffee and other staples, ice maker, Kitchen (Keurig pod and auto drip coffee coffee maker) pods, pots/pans, utensils, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher; dishes, plastic and beverage glassware and China over refrigerator. Gas grill with barbecue utensils. Gas Fireplace - Touch the upper button on right of frame , turn on button, push on the remote, it takes a minute for the pilot to light. If terribly windy it may not stay on. Turn it off the same way. Living room overhead lights and fans are operated by remotes. Cleaning supplies and garbage bags are located in kitchen. Garbage and recycling containers are outside, separate - bottles, and put in blue recycling containers. Please collect pet poops/cigarette butts and dispose of properly. The Groton Police Station and Administrative Offices locations are adjacent to this property in the brick building. For local calls the area code is (860). To make a long distance call dial 1 plus the area code. Check in is 4 pm - Check out is 10 am. The cleaners will arrive at 11:00 am, unless you have made arrangements with the owner. To check in, put the last 4 numbers of the telephone number you reserved the house with on the keypad on the front door. I will confirm and text you the number to you, just prior to your check in. Checking out: Lock all doors and text me that you have left. Put down umbrellas and turn off propane for the gas grill. We will take care of all linens and towels. Please dispose properly of litter and cigarette butts on the lawn and pet poops. Emergency and first aid supplies, insect repellant, garbage bags, and additional cleaning supplies are located in the kitchen and above laundry. Wi-Fi is Merrittfarm and password is Merrittfarm
